Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events may happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, please honor the following policies:
12 hour advance notice is desired when canceling an appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be allowed to reschedule the appointment as a one-time courtesy.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments already scheduled. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the scheduled session amount. Please plan accordingly to be on time.
